Shipping policy

All orders will ship out as soon as possible. Please understand, we are often shipping out large quantities of orders. All delivery dates are given in good faith and are an estimate.  Unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to edit or make changes to it. You can, however, attempt to update the shipping address directly with the courier service. Keep in mind, this is never a guarantee, as it depends on the status of your shipment!

If a package is ever lost or stolen, please contact USPS here to file a claim. Keep your order confirmation handy as this will have essential information for filing the claim.
